Christine Likes to Say...
"I follow Thomas Jefferson's advice: 'Good wine is a daily necessity for me'."
Wine Industry Accolade
"Chris has amassed a large amount of knowledge, not only of wine, but also history and art. By relating wine to these other fields, she has created a novel way of informing her public. She makes wine a living thing, entertaining, instructive and fascinating. A good teacher is usually a good showman, she is one of the best."

- Peter M. F. Sichel, Member of the board of the International Masters of Wine, and fourth-generation Bordeaux wine producer and wine merchant
Helpful Tip
The wines you enjoyed on vacation seem "DOA" (dead on arrival) when you buy them back home. Why?

History-Based Wine Dinners
Christine's novel historical wine dinners interweave historical fact and fiction about famous people, the wines they loved and the times they lived in. You may be surprised to learn that the favorite wines of Thomas Jefferson, Napoleon and many other famous people are still favorites of wine lovers today. Enjoy the same style wines with your dinner.

At a wine dinner, Christine speaks between the courses during normal down time, and circulates among guests during dessert. Thus the dinner is no longer than a regular event, finishing usually within two hours for a three-course meal.
