HIRE A WINE DIVA
She's been called The Martha Stewart of Wine, even The Dutchess of Cork. She's Christine Ansbacher, CWE (Certified Wine Expert), and she's a hot ticket as a speaker at corporate events.
Perhaps that's because so many people find wine intimidating. Ansbacher dishes out advice on everything from pairing wines with foods to avoiding a red wine headache to getting off what she calls the “cabernet and chardonnay highway” and trying more adventurous alternatives.
Ansbacher is a showman, too. Rumor has it that as part of her performance, she chops the top off a bottle of champagne using a real saber.
