How long you can keep an unopened bottle of wine in the fridge?
Wines start to deteriorate and lose flavor within two to three weeks because the fridge is a dry environment which keeps your veggies crisp -- but dries out the cork. As a cork dries out it contracts which lets air in and starts the wine oxidizing and on a downward spiral of deterioration.
